June 29, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Picnic. Our club picnic will be hosted this year by Leo and Pam Rutledge at 1519 Westshire Lane in Henrico. We will have our plant swap at this meeting as well with There will be a short meeting where a nominating committee of three members, including the chairman, shall be nominated and elected by the members. It shall be the duty of this committee to nominate candidates for the offices to be filled for 2020. The slate of officers shall be presented at the August meeting.

We will be hosting the 2020 regional meeting from June 19 – 21 of 2020. Activities for the regional will be held at the home of John and Mary Ferrell. We will be asking all region 3 clubs to donate raffle baskets. This is a great time for all members to be involved in a club activity. An official web page has been set up and will be updated soon.
